Loved the modern, clean, and fresh vibes of the hotel, especially the beautiful rooms and updated bathrooms with liquid hand soap - a small but cool touch! The friendly staff and fantastic river view made for a relaxing stay, not to mention the convenient location close to restaurants and attractions. Only minor thing was a stuck window shade in our first room; quickly changed to a different room with no problems. Overall 👍.

The hotel had some issues, like poor communication about air conditioning problems and understaffing causing delays in service. Staff lacked knowledge of local places. Parking confusion led to unnecessary stress. However, our room was spotless, the location was excellent, and Carlos at front desk was incredibly helpful. The bar was a standout!

The hotel was pretty, I liked the pleasant staff and delicious breakfasts. It had wonderful location with access to Basilica of Saint Mary nearby. There were local stores and stores around the venue.

The room with a view and white bed linens was lovely. The breakfast wasn't included but the bar area was cozy. The staff was friendly. DEFINITELY coming back! The room looked even better in person!

The room was so cozy and comfortable! The air conditioning kept me cool after exploring the city in the summer heat. The flat-screen TV had all my favorite channels, and the bathroom was super clean.

I found the seating area a bit cramped for my liking. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

Indigo is ideally located in Olde Towne for easy exploration. the facility and staff are nice, ensuring a warm welcome back. Comfortable, clean rooms and a helpful business center with PC and printing are available. the caring staff went above and beyond to meet our needs, ensuring a great stay.

The private sailing lesson at Belle Haven Marina was a unique and memorable experience for the whole family. We also enjoyed walking to Audi Field for some major league sports action.

For dads, it would be great if the hotel could offer more organized activities for kids.

I recently stayed at Hotel Indigo in Alexandria for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street and nearby restaurants. The property was exceptionally clean and felt very secure. The staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Parking our SUV was easy with on-site parking available. The hotel had a printer that we used for some work and it worked flawlessly. And the best part - the bed was incredibly comfortable, giving me the best sleep I've had in a hotel in a long time. we loved our stay.

The customer service was lacking. When I asked the front desk staff to make a reservation for a cab, they suggested Uber and said they could only request, not reserve, a cab.

In Old Town, you’ll be within a couple of minutes’ walk from the main street, restaurants, and everything you might need. the hotel is close to the water taxis, making water excursions easy to plan.
